TONI & GUY Experience.

TONY & GUY is an internationally popular hairdressing brand. So I did my research and found out that they have more than 475 salons across 48 countries! The CEO, OBE and co-founder Toni Mascolo and his brother Guy started TONI & GUY back in 1963 with a single salon in Clapham, London. They have recently opened up in our city, Chandigarh. So why go some place else when you have an International well-renowned brand in the tricity!

It's very infrequent that you come across a salon that deliver the best service possible! On the blog today, I share about my first experience at TONI & GUY, Chandigarh. 

In our hectic lifestyle we might miss out on taking good care of our skin and feet definitely are missed out. 

I started having a relaxing pedicure spa which is the best for tan removal and dry feet. The spa lasted for about 15-20 minutes and it included exfoliation, pre-cleanse, masking, oiling and moisturising.

The products that were used melt very nicely onto the skin and the way my feet feels as a result is as though they're better looked after!

Listing below the procedure:

• Stress-buster soak: The bath salts were dissolved in a tub of warm water and my feet were soaked for a while. The salts revitalizes the skin, leaving a light oily film to protect against loss of moisture, while soothing and helping restore natural suppleness.
• Exfoliation: The scrub was mixed with exfoliant gel and got rubbed. The grains remove rough, dry skin and the sweet almond oil in the product penetrates and moisturizes the skin. leaving the surface smooth and preventing the accumulation of dry skin.
• Masking: The lotion was massaged and covered with thin plastic wrap for 10 minutes. It was removed after and the lotion was massaged until absorbed.
• Oiling: The energising and polishing oil was applied to the cuticles of my toes and was massaged until absorbed. The oil releases tensions and helps you to relax from your daily stresses.
• Moisturising: Moisturiser was used when my feet were getting massaged and it was so relaxing, that you'll have to feel it for yourself.

The therapist are very good at their job and will leave you feeling rejuvinated! And, the best part is you get to choose a nail paint from the O.P.I shades!

The pedicure starts from just Rs.600, Yes that's right, so much pampering at this cost.

I am back from my break. There are some changes coming your way and I can't wait to share. The blog will soon be your go-to fashion, beauty and everything ese in between. I can't reveal too much but I hope you stick around to find out more.

About my outfit here, I have loved the colour blue to such an extent that I got my room painted blue when I was little. But as I grew up, eventually I got inclined to other colours on the palette. Still having a soft corner for blue hues. I love how this colour can be subtle and vibrant as well.

I paired this gorgeous almost-halter top with skinny turquoise jeans. Remember when colourful jeans were so much in fashion and also colour blocking. These jeans were with me through my fashionable college days *giggles*

Wind and sun did pure justice to me for these pictures though.

Not to miss my favourite sky high heels. I am a big big lover of shoes. For instant glam i'll always add sky high heels to my outfit and tadaaa!

Beat The Heat.

The mercury is rising steadily here in Chandigarh. Everyone tells you to stay at home which is almost legit but there are stories waiting for you outside. 

While you struggle with comfort and style, it is very difficult to choose an outfit which is suitable with this scorching heat as well. If you've been following my blog and my Instagram, you must be familiar with the fact that I love everything bodycon. I am not a big fan of flare but yes changes are good sometimes. 

For my summer lookbook, I styled this well-fitted mustard yellow skirt with a striped crop top which is super breezy and suitable for summers, I added a denim vest jacket over it to give it an edgier look. Tied my hair high up in a ponytail 'coz obviously heat, duh! 

Also, added my favourite tan wedges to reach the skies. Hehe.

Wild & Yellow.

I've always been fascinated by fashion. Maybe it's because my mom and aunts loved to dress me up when I was younger. Or maybe it was that I used to borrow my mother's fabulous pieces and dress myself since I was four. There has always been something that has drawn me to the fun part of styling and design.

Leopard has been a print of choice for me ever since, but one that I think is still hard to style. A little goes a long way. 

Starting off with new and fresh, I decided to bring that into today's look.

Paired two of my favourites- Leopard print and the colour yellow. 

Although I always gravitate towards a fitted anything for the full length, I decided to explore with a new type and that's when this gorgeous bright yellow palazzo came to play. Hope you guys love this look and this gorg setup at the mall the other day! Have a happy Monday lovies! xo

Floral Fantasy.

In this scorching heat you gotta stay comfortable all the time, at home or even when you're out. For me style goes with comfort. 

I don't usually like flower prints but this elegant dress totally changed my thought process. The color is so calming according to summers. I tend to avoid wearing bright and harsh colors during summers. This dress is a perfect midi dress. If you're out with your friends during the day or when at night just pair it with a blingy clutch or a studded neckpiece and you're good to go!

The dress is so elegant and comfortable as it comes with pockets on each side. Paired the dress with sky high shimmer peep toes and added a pop of red on my lips, 'coz we all love that don't we?
